Wto_logoThe WTO remains a critical forum for determining global trade rules, notwithstanding its ongoing existential challenges. Those rules shape the environment in which business is conducted. The WTO also interacts with regional trading arrangements, which also shape the conduct of international business in many ways. Consequently Tutwa remains intensely interested in tracking the progress – or lack of progress – in key international trade negotiations that will ultimately impact on South African business expanding abroad, and multinational companies expanding into South Africa.
