After labouring for a year, the WEF’s Global Agenda Council on the Global Trade and FDI system, which I am the vice-chair of, released its report in Geneva last week. The event was held in the WTO complex. Annabel Gonzalez, trade minister of Costa Rica and council chair, presented the report to an audience of 70 people including a number of Ambassadors to the WTO, and senior officials in various international organizations. The report is available here; my blog introducing it is available here, and that of my council colleague and Senior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment, Uri Dadush, is available here.
